Presenter: Matthias Nowak (Former FC Bayern München, Women) Director: Peter Schreiner Lenght: 140 Min. Thematic focuses: Warm-Up of the brain Movement-Tasks in 3 steps In Module 1 Matthias Nowak presents important movements while standing and without touching the ball, that later in the second and third module will be broadened and modified In Module 2 the focus will lay on movement-tasks while standing with tip- and ball-touches In Module 3, Matthias Nowak shows movement tasks and combinations with ball in forward motion. Innovative technical training: New learning and changing routines Hinder routines Break through automatisms Fluent and economic movements Competence of motion – intelligence of motion Variability and creativity instead of automatic acting Technical- and creative training: It will be about connecting eye, brain and body. Those (inter-)connections will create a considerable advantage in game. Quick and better perception and with that better decisions that have to be made quickly and rightfully. The innovative technical training will initiate a self-organized process within the players, helping them to create ideal “plans of motion” that will care for the ideal execution of action plans The innovative technical training also creates fluent and economic motions beyond the ideal of the execution of a motion or technique The innovative technical training quickly, efficiently and sustainably solves movement-problems through recoding the memory of motions The players will realize their own body actively. Limiting patterns will be dissolved and new intelligent patterns for more and better plans of motion will be established. You learn through different variations instead of automatization. Through the highest variable access of multiple movement-patterns the attention to tactical guidelines can be increased. The innovative technical training has to be a challenge for the players. It will be about finding a solution for a movement-exercise. Technical training: Movement coordination with the ball (Knowing about the individuality and variability of motion and technique) Teaching of intelligent motion patterns for a better variety of movements and a better conception of the own body A feel for the ball beyond the ideal (rhythmic connections of movements under the aspect of space, time and dynamics) Creative training: Teaching of the executive functions (definition) in football Correlation/ cognition and executive functions Football is “hard brainwork” – a comparison! Author and Presenter: Martin Hasenpflug Guest Presenter: Peter Hyballa Director & Production: Peter Schreiner Playtime: 120 Min. Now Part 4 of our successful series “The Art of Attacking Soccer” is available as eVideo. In this excellent video production there is a complete new idea of designing drills: It is the combination of One-Touch, Combination Play and Soccer Specific Sprint Training. The main topics: Passing Accuracy, Sprinting Capability, One-Touch Combination Play, Soccer Specific Sprint Training, Combination Play in a Parallel Course, Soccer Techniques under Pressure of Time, Coaching the Details, High Repetition Rates, Pressure of Time due to Group Competitions, Effective and Varied Training, Passing Through the Gap into the Run, Quick Combinations. This eVideo „The Art of Attacking Soccer 4“ shows 40 new Drills for Passing and Combination Play (Continuation of the series "The art of attacking soccer 1 and 2".) In this new eVideo there is also an effective football-specific sprint training. You will see how to incorporate sprints into a one-touch exercise and how to pass precisely after an explosive sprinting. The complex training forms are easy to organize and versatile in training. They improve passing and combination play of your players, their group-tactical behavior and additionally their sprint abilities in the same set-up. Two factors are particularly necessary in the case of a counter attack or a game on ball possession: Accuracy of the passing even under time and pressure Sprint ability of the players. In both game philosophies, the players must therefore combine quickly and precisely and sprint to free spaces at the highest speed. Explosive sprints and a high ball speed are very important. 1. How can we train the precision of the passing under time pressure? 2. How to get the perfect combination play? 3. How to organize a football-specific sprint training

Defending with 4-4-2 (Atletico Madrid case study) (Download)
Author and Presenter: Athanasios Terzis Director and Producer: Peter Schreiner Language: English Length: 73 min.   Defending with the 4-4-2 formation (A Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid case study) Diego Simeone’s side during the last three seasons (2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16) managed to win La Liga (2013-14) and reached the champions League final twice (2013-14 and 2015-16). Additionally in all three seasons they finished La Liga with the best defensive record. Specifically during season 2013-14 Atletico finished by conceding 26 goals and by keeping 20 clean sheets. During season 2014-15 they conceded 29 goals and kept 19 clean sheets while during season 2015-16 Atletico conceded 18 goals in 38 matches and kept 24 clean sheets. This presentation tries to provide an analysis of why Atletico Madrid defends successfully by using the 4-4-2 formation. What are the aims during the defensive phase and how these aims are achieved. The presentation will be supported by video analysis and animation as well as animated drills. Diagram. 4-4-2 vs the 4-4-2. The defenders are focused on man marking the players within their zone of responsibility while the midfielders retain cohesion and mark the space   Diagram. 4-4-2 vs the 4-3-3. Author and Presenter: Wayne Harrison Direction and Production: Peter Schreiner Language: English Theory Lenght: 33 Min. Field session Lenght: 23 Min. Soccer Awareness - One-Touch Mentality (Theory and Field session) The game is getting faster using fewer touches on the ball, which creates the need for quicker thinking; more intelligent movement off the ball; and better decision making players Soccer is a thinking game that begins in the head of each player. What is the link between the thinking process and teaching “A One Touch Mentality” to players? My main focus in training is the decision making process each player goes through to be successful. Important Questions: WHEN / WHERE / HOW / WHAT AND WHY. How often do you see the ball arriving at the players’ feet and he or she doesn’t know what to do next? You can almost hear their brains ticking over. The relevance of a learning a “One Touch Mentality” to the modern game. As the game gets faster, so is the need for players to master this VITAL innate ability because the game is getting faster using fewer touches on the ball, less space to work in as defensive tactics improve; which creates the need for quicker thinking; quicker moving; and better / faster decision making players. There are three types of youth soccer player: Those who don’t know what’s happening in a game; Those who know what’s happening but only as its happening. Those who already know what is going to happen next. In his online seminar Wayne Harrison talks about: The relevance of a learning a One Touch Mentality to the modern game The Decision Making Process The Skill Factor - When? Where? How? What and Why? Continuums “Look and Think” Model of Development One Touch thinking and “Movement OFF the ball” - How do they relate? How can you implement One Touch Mentality into your Warm-Up In his field session he shows: Awareness Rubber Neck Training with 5 Players Non-Competitive Numbers game: Passing in sequence Peripheral Vision Development

Pep Guardiola Tactics - Attacking midfielders in overload creation and exploitation - 1-4-3-3 (Download)
Author and Presenter: Athanasios TerzisLanguage: EnglishLength: 51 min. The role of attacking midfielders in overload creation and exploitation with the 1-4-3-3 – An analysis of Pep Guardiola tactics with Manchester City The role of the attacking midfielders in the 1-4-3-3 formation is very important. These two are usually key players in the 1-4-3-3 so they have to be top quality. Apart from their technical excellence, the attacking midfielders have to have high tactical awareness, as this will enable them to create situations in order to break through the opposition’s defensive organization. One of the situations which helps an attacking team to break through the opposition’s defence is the creation of overloads (numerical superiority). Creating overloads is of high priority for teams that aim to apply the principles of positional play. In this presentation, which includes detailed diagrams and videos, we will analyse the attacking tactics of Pep Guardiola with Manchester City and we will focus on how, through intelligent positioning, the attacking midfielders create overloads in specific areas of the field. Additionally, we will present how these overloads can be exploited by good decision making and appropriate combination play. In every tactical situation analysed, the opponents play a significant role, so they can’t be left outside of the context. That’s why in this project the reaction of the opposition is always taken into account so that players end up with the appropriate decision making. Finally, the animated drills are designed to train players in taking the right decisions by reading the reaction of the opponent as well as to help coaches apply these tactics to their teams, by simply adding or adjusting them to their own training sessions.  The overload creation and exploitation analysed can also be used in every possible formation by making the appropriate adjustments.

Coordination, Agility & Speed Training - Part 1 (Download)
Author: Peter Schreiner Presenter: Dirk Rauin Duration: 40 min.   Contents: running and jumping coordination, coordinative warming-up  and theory coordination. More Information: The running performance demanded of a soccer player differs considerably from that of an athlete. Sprints, turns, changes of direction, runs with the ball and challenges for the ball both before and after a sprint require the player to adjust his stride length and frequency to widely varied game situations. This makes a variable, flexible and selective application of running techniques during the game necessary. For selective conditioning of running coordination, it is necessary to set priorities within training sessions. Fast footwork, involving lightning fast coordination of nerves and foot muscles, is at the heart of many drills.

Author: Jupp Koitka Length: 44 minutes   Building Blocks for Individual Training This eVideo is desgned to be an introduction to the basic of goalkeeper training, from the ground up. The sooner player learn and internalize basic movement sequences, the better, and the only way to accomplish this is through lots of practice and plenty of repetition. As you will see in this eVideo, goalkeepers can practice many of the exercises either with partner or alone - after all, not every player has a goalkeeper coach, and not every coach or assistant coach has time to conduct goalkeeper training the way it should ideally be done. Naturally, it is impossible to cover everything in a 60-minute video, but the excercise in this one can contribute significantly to your goalkeepers´development.
