In „Von der Spielphilosophie zur Trainingsform“ präsentieren Steven Turek und Jonas Stephan die Ergebnisse eines Forschungsprojekts der Universität Hildesheim, in dem verschiedene Spielphilosophien im Profifußball untersucht wurden.
Auf Basis zahlreicher Trainingseinheiten, Interviews und Fachliteratur entwickelten sie das Konzept der „trainerorientierten Spielphilosophie“ – ein Ansatz, der Trainern aller Leistungsstufen hilft, ihre eigene Spielidee zu reflektieren und gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.
Das Buch zeigt, welche äußeren Einflüsse eine Spielphilosophie prägen, wie man sie erkennt und bei Bedarf anpasst. Schritt für Schritt führen die Autoren durch den Prozess, eine „idealtypische Spielstruktur“ zu erstellen und daraus individuelle Überschriften, Positionsprofile und Trainingsleitlinien abzuleiten. Praxisnahe Beispiele verdeutlichen, wie Theorie und Trainingsalltag effektiv verbunden werden können.
