Ziel ist es, Stürmer systematisch auf diese Hochdrucksituationen vorzubereiten und ihnen das nötige Selbstvertrauen zu vermitteln, um Großchancen im Pflichtspiel erfolgreich zu verwerten.
Der erste Block behandelt Konterangriffe, bei denen sich häufig 1v1-Situationen ergeben. Spieler lernen hier, Räume schnell zu überwinden, präzise Abschlüsse unter Zeitdruck auszuführen und typische Spielsituationen vom 1 gegen 0 bis 3 gegen 2 zu bewältigen.
Technische und taktische Fähigkeiten werden erklärt, typische Fehler analysiert und das richtige Verhalten im 2v1 oder 3v2 gegen den Torhüter trainiert. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf schneller Entscheidungsfindung, Kontermentalität und Abschlussverhalten.
