Er präsentiert zahlreiche Spiel- und Übungsformen, die sowohl im Profi-, Leistungs- als auch Amateurfußball eingesetzt werden können.
Die SKILLSHIRTZ® sind ein neues multifunktionelles Trainingstool, mit dem vielfältige kognitive Trainingsreize gesetzt werden können. Durch verschiedenste Übungs- und Spielformen werden die Handlungsschnelligkeit, Wahrnehmung, Aufmerksamkeit, Reaktion, Antizipation und Entscheidungsfindung und der Spieler enorm verbessert.
Das immer schneller werdende Fußballspiel fordert von den Spielern und Spielerinnen permanente Entscheidungsfindung unter Gegner-, Zeit- und Raumdruck. Entsprechend wichtig sind Komponenten wie Wahrnehmung, Aufmerksamkeit, Reaktion, Antizipation und Entscheidungsfindung. Die Verbesserung der Handlungsschnelligkeit und die Optimierung der Spielfähigkeit ist nicht nur im professionellen Bereich entscheidend, sondern kann auch im Amateursegment den entscheidenden Unterschied ausmachen.

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for books and DVDs. However, digital products (such as videos or ebooks) cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase and download. Since access is activated immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal according to §356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply.
