PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Im dritten Teil der Reihe „Die Kunst des Angriffsfußballs“ liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Spiel ohne Ball, perfekter Ballsicherung und Positionsspielen. Norbert Elgert zeigt mit der U19 von Schalke 04, wie vorbereitende Passübungen und Positionsspiele technisch-taktische Voraussetzungen schaffen, um eine formierte und gut organisierte Abwehr unter Druck zu setzen.

Die Demonstrationen umfassen Trainerverhalten und zentrale Coachingpunkte, sodass Sie nachvollziehen können, wie Übungen effizient angeleitet werden und welche Impulse für Spieler im Training entscheidend sind.

Das 89-minütige Seminar vermittelt, wie Spieler sich intelligent freilaufen, Ballbesitz sichern, Überzahlsituationen erkennen und ausspielen, das Spiel schnell verlagern und Angriffe erfolgreich abschließen. Die Übungen sind in 22 praxisnahe Einheiten unterteilt, darunter Dreieckspiele, Raute-Übungen, 3+2 gegen 1, 4+2 gegen 2, 5 gegen 2 auf zwei Feldern, Positionswechsel-Übungen sowie komplexe 5+2 gegen 5+2 Spiele.

Darüber hinaus werden Varianten wie Passspiel in die Tiefe, doppeltes Wandspiel, Parmaspiel und Wahrnehmungsübungen eingebaut. Jede Übung zielt darauf ab, taktisches Verständnis, technische Präzision und schnelle Entscheidungsfähigkeit der Spieler zu fördern, während Trainer gleichzeitig wertvolle Hinweise zur Durchführung und Korrektur erhalten.
