Das Heft „Spielcoaching im 4-3-3-System“ von Ralf Peter (120 Seiten, 98 Grafiken) richtet sich an Trainer, die lernen möchten, einen Matchplan zu erstellen und diesen flexibel an die Dynamik eines Spiels anzupassen. Ausgangspunkt ist das 4-3-3 als eigene Grundordnung, von der aus Offensive und Defensive geplant werden.

Peter zeigt, wie ein Matchplan entwickelt wird, wie man typische gegnerische Formationen (4-4-2, 4-3-3, Dreier- oder Fünferkette, 4-2-3-1, 4-5-1) analysiert und welche Anpassungen möglich sind, wenn der Gegner während des Spiels seine Grundordnung verändert.

Dabei betont er die Bedeutung, vorab alle Stärken und Schwächen der eigenen Formation sowie der Gegner zu kennen, um auf Veränderungen schnell reagieren zu können.

Im zweiten Teil geht es um die praktische Umsetzung: Wie reagiert man unter Drucksituationen, wenn der Gegner unerwartet spielt oder die Formation während des Spiels anpasst?

  • Entwicklung und Anpassung eines Matchplans aus dem 4-3-3 für Offensive und Defensive

  • Der Gegner kommt voraussichtlich im 4-3-3 „Spiegeln des Gegners“.

  • Weitere gegnerische Grundordnungen mit Dreier-, bzw. Fünferkette.
  • Der Gegner stellt während des Spiels auf 5-3-2 um.

Schwerpunkt 4:

  • Der Gegner stellt während des Spiels auf 4-4-2 mit MF-Raute um.
  • Der Gegner stellt während des Spiels auf 4-2-3-1 um.
  • Der kommende Gegner wird im 4-5-1 / 4-1-4-1 erwartet.
