Du lernst, wie Koordination, Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit gezielt geschult werden, um unter Druck die richtige Lösung zu finden. Ergänzt wird das Training durch innovative Ansätze wie Balanceübungen, variantenreiche Pass- und Positionswechsel sowie die Integration von mentaler Stärke.
