Er fasste seine Analysen in 34 taktischen Grund-Situationen (26 Angriff und 8 Abwehr) zusammen und entwickelte dazu 160 Übungen, mit denen jeder Trainer dieses technisch-taktische Verhalten mit seiner Mannschaft trainieren kann.
Dieses Buch zeigt sehr ausführlich, wie Pep Guardiola das Spiel auf Ballbesitz und ein schnelles Umschaltspielt systematisch trainiert.
