Das Zonentraining – Teil 3: Dynamische Bewegungsabläufe und Anschlussaktionen

Das Zonentraining – Teil 3: Die 17 Zonen-Techniken (Zone 2) baut konsequent auf den Grundlagen der ersten beiden Bände auf und widmet sich der technischen Ausbildung des Torhüters in Zone 2 – Schwierigkeitsstufe 2.

Der Fokus liegt auf dynamischeren, komplexeren Bewegungsabläufen, bei denen Bodenkontakt, Richtungswechsel und Anschlussaktionen eine zentrale Rolle spielen. Dabei wird erneut deutlich: Eine saubere technische Grundausbildung entscheidet langfristig über Leistungsfähigkeit, Sicherheit und Konstanz im Torwartspiel.

Im Zentrum stehen die Zonen-Techniken der Zone 2 wie Abkippen, Abrollen beim flachen Ball, Abrollen beim Flugball (Fangen und Landung) sowie verschiedene Aufstehtechniken. Mithilfe des bewährten Schwerpunkt-Phasen-Modells (S-P-M) werden diese Techniken methodisch aufgebaut – von der Grobkoordination über die Feinkoordination bis hin zur stabilen Anwendung unter spielnahen und wettkampfähnlichen Bedingungen.

Teil 3 verbindet didaktische Grundlagen, klare Coachingpunkte, typische Fehlerbilder und moderne Trainingsmethodik zu einem praxisnahen Leitfaden, der Trainer und Torhüter Schritt für Schritt zu einer sicheren, automatisierten und variabel einsetzbaren Technik in Zone 2 führt.
