PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Mithilfe von Zonen in Verbindung mit Provokationsregeln kann gewünschtes und Erfolg versprechendes Spielerverhalten provoziert und begünstigt werden, ohne dabei die Spieler in ihren Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten einzuschränken.
Die Trainingskonzeption im 9er-Feld wird genutzt, um individuelle Verhaltensweisen und Gruppenaktionen anzulegen und gewinnbringend zu steuern. Der Praxisteil umfasst 200 Trainingsformen (Aufwärmspiele, Übungsformen und Spielformen) und gibt einen weitreichenden Einblick in die vielschichtigen Möglichkeiten des Trainings mit quadratischen Zonen.
Der abschließende Didaktikteil befasst sich mit der Vermittlung des Zonengedankens an die Spieler und versucht, die Transferleistungen in Richtung der Wettkampfanwendung zu optimieren.
Das methodische Zonentraining und die didaktische Herangehensweise ist als ein weiteres Tool zu verstehen, welches dem Trainer helfen soll, eigene Trainings- und Spielideen in die Praxis zu überführen, um Spielerverhalten zielorientiert anzulegen und um Mannschaften spielkonzeptionell auszurichten, ohne Kreativität und Spielfreude einzuschränken.
