Erfolgreiches Torwartspiel beginnt lange vor dem Ballkontakt. Dieser Online-Kurs zeigt, wie Technik, Stellungsspiel und Entscheidungsverhalten von Beginn an richtig aufgebaut werden.
Der Kurs ist als kompletter technischer Leitfaden für das moderne Torwartspiel aufgebaut. Ziel ist es, Torhütern ein sicheres, wiederholbares Technikfundament für alle Spielsituationen zu vermitteln – von körpernahen Reaktionen bis hin zu dynamischen Flug- und Abdruckbewegungen.
Das Zonenmodell dient dem Deutschen Fußball-Bund (DFB) inzwischen als Modell für die Basisausbildung von Torwart-Trainer:innen in ganz Deutschland.
Jede Technik baut logisch auf der vorherigen auf und folgt einem klaren Ausbildungskonzept: Einstieg über spielnahe Torwartformen, methodische Übungsreihen zur Automatisierung und abschließende Wettkampfformen zur Lernerfolgskontrolle.
