In 1 Stunde und 36 Minuten zeigen Peter Schreiner und Peter Hyballa praxisnahe Übungs- und Spielformen, die auf den Prinzipien des modernen Ballbesitzfußballs basieren. Die Schwerpunkte liegen auf präzisem Passen, variabler Passschärfe, dem „Steil-Klatsch-Steil-Prinzip“ sowie dem Hinterlaufen und schnellen Positionswechseln.
Zusätzlich werden Spielformen mit Umschalten, Pressing und Gegenpressing sowie Torschuss integriert. Ziel ist es, die technischen und taktischen Fähigkeiten der Spieler unter hohem Gegnerdruck zu verbessern und gleichzeitig ihre Handlungsschnelligkeit und Kommunikation zu fördern.
