Diese Spielformen basieren auf Positionsspielen mit neutralen Spielern, deren Anzahl und Position – innerhalb oder außerhalb des Feldes – flexibel variiert werden kann.
Ziel ist es, die Spieler dazu zu befähigen, mehr Torchancen zu kreieren und diese effizient zu nutzen. Die Übungen fördern das taktische Verständnis und die Entscheidungsfähigkeit unter realistischen Wettkampfbedingungen.
