Die „Die Kunst des Angriffsfußballs 4“ zeigt 40 neue Trainingsformen zum Pass- und Kombinationsspiel (Fortsetzung der Reihe „Die Kunst des Angriffsfußballs 1 und 2“.) In diesem neuen Praxisseminar geht es jedoch auch noch um ein effektives fußballspezifisches Sprinttraining. Sie sehen, wie man Sprints in eine One-Touch-Übung einbaut und wie man präzises Passen nach einem explosiven Spint trainiert.
Die komplexen Trainingsformen sind leicht zu organisieren und vielseitig im Training einzusetzen. So verbessern sie das Pass- und Kombinationsspiel ihrer Spieler, ihr gruppen-taktisches Verhalten und zusätzlich ihre Sprintfähigkeiten im selben Organisationsrahmen.
