Zone 3 – Komplexe Torwarttechniken unter Zeit- und Entscheidungsdruck
Das Zonentraining – Teil 4: Die 17 Zonen-Techniken (Zone 3) markiert den Übergang in den leistungsorientierten Bereich der Torwartausbildung und widmet sich den technisch anspruchsvollsten Bewegungsabläufen im modernen Torwartspiel. In Zone 3 – Schwierigkeitsstufe 3 stehen dynamische Abdruck- und Hechttechniken im Fokus, bei denen Explosivität, Timing, Flugphase und sichere Landung unter hohem Zeit- und Entscheidungsdruck zusammenkommen.
Behandelt werden zentrale Pro-Techniken wie das Schieben zum flachen Ball, verschiedene Formen des Hechtens bei Flug- und Weitbällen, das Ablenken und Übergreifen sowie das Verhalten bei Über-Kopf-Bällen. Diese Techniken stellen höchste Anforderungen an Koordination, Kraftübertragung und Bewegungsfluss und entscheiden häufig über spektakuläre Paraden oder Gegentore. Mithilfe des bewährten Schwerpunkt-Phasen-Modells (S-P-M) werden auch diese komplexen Bewegungen systematisch aufgebaut, vereinfacht und nachhaltig automatisiert.
