Can I exchange a product?
For books and DVDs, we offer an uncomplicated 30-day return policy. However, digital products (such as videos or e‑books) cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase and download. Since the access is unlocked immediately after the purchase, the right of withdrawal according to §356 Abs. 5BGB.
