PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BALLKOROBICS® ist ein ganzheitliches Koordinations- und Konditionstraining, das sportartspezifische Ballbewegungen mit Aerobic-Elementen und Musik kombiniert. Es fördert Koordination, Ausdauer, Kraftausdauer, Kreativität sowie Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit und bietet Möglichkeiten, andere beim Erlernen der Übungen anzuleiten.
Die Übungen lassen sich je nach Zielsetzung in niedriger oder hoher Intensität durchführen und eignen sich sowohl zum Aufwärmen, als intensives Konditionstraining oder als Abschluss einer Einheit. BALLKOROBICS® kann in der Halle, auf dem Sportplatz oder im Fitnessstudio durchgeführt werden und umfasst Einzel-, Partner- und Gruppenübungen.

Can I exchange a product?
For books and DVDs, we offer an uncomplicated 30-day return policy. However, digital products (such as videos or e‑books) cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase and download. Since the access is unlocked immediately after the purchase, the right of withdrawal according to §356 Abs. 5BGB.
