Der Ausbildungsplan Juniorenfußball richtet sich an alle Vereine und an alle Trainer, die ihre Spieler und Spielerinnen mit einem altersgemäßen Coaching in allen drei Altersstufen, (Grundlagentraining / Aufbautraining / Leistungstraining) praxisorientiert, also grundsätzlich zielgerichtet sowie inhaltlich sinnvoll strukturiert erfolgreich ausbilden möchten.
Der Teil 1 ist eine Einführung in die grundsätzliche Ausbildungsproblematik und beschreibt zunächst die Ursachen und Folgen des Wandels vom früheren unorganisierten, aber sehr kindlich-kreativen Straßenfußball zur heutigen, zwar organisiert, aber oftmals mit vor allem methodisch überforderten Trainern stattfindenden Ausbildung kleinerer Vereine.
