Unlocking Potential: A Progressive Approach to Speed Training for Kids
Training children requires a special approach. Their bodies are in a crucial stage of development, so the training must be age-appropriate, motivating, and progressively structured.
The development of speed is a process – tailored to physical and neurological growth. Speed is not an innate talent, but a skill that can be learned and improved.
