PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Autor Darren Bowman, ehemaliger Trainer der U13–U15 bei Manchester City, stellt die originalen Prinzipien und Trainingsmethoden vor, die er in neun Jahren im Nachwuchsbereich gemeinsam mit Rodolfo Borrell (Guardiolas Co-Trainer) umgesetzt hat.

Du erfährst, wie die Academy Spieler wie Phil Foden, Jadon Sancho, Brahim Diaz und Cole Palmer ausgebildet hat, indem sie Guardiolas Spielphilosophie nahtlos integriert. Das Buch zeigt, wie du die Schlüsselaktionen und Muster von Manchester City in dein Training einbaust: vom kontrollierten Spielaufbau über das Pressing bis hin zur Verteidigung in verschiedenen Zonen.

Ziel ist es, Spieler zu entwickeln, die in der Lage sind, Guardiolas dominanten, ballbesitzorientierten Stil umzusetzen und deine Mannschaft auf Weltklasse-Niveau zu bringen.

Die Inhalte bestehen aus 17 kompletten Trainingseinheiten mit insgesamt 68 Übungen, die direkt aus den Academy-Sessions übernommen wurden. Themenschwerpunkte sind unter anderem: Spielaufbau in drei Phasen (vom Torwart bis zum Angriff), Kombinationen im Mittelfeld, Pressing aus der vordersten Linie, Verteidigung im Mittelfeld und rund um den Strafraum.

Praxisbeispiele sind „Break Past Opponent and Play Final Pass in a Technical Triangle Drill“, „Pressing from the Front to Set the Trap in a Dynamic 6v8 (+GK) Phase of Play“ und „Break Lines and Create Attacking Overloads in a Position Specific 7v7 (+GKs) Game“.

Jede Übung ist darauf ausgelegt, die Prinzipien von Positionsspiel, Pressing und schnellem Umschalten zu vermitteln, damit deine Spieler taktisch und technisch auf höchstem Niveau agieren können.
