Deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional duties, taxes and fees.

Payment terms

We offer several convenient payment options for your order (depending on the country):

Transfer (prepayment)
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation with our account details to the specified email address. Please transfer the invoice amount as soon as possible, because we can only deliver the goods to you after receipt of payment in our account.

Paypal
By selecting the payment method PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal. After payment has been made, you will be returned to our website, where you can complete the order.

Credit card
When you submit the order, you also send us your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after placing your order. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is debited.

Purchase on account
You will receive an invoice from us by email (for download products) or with delivery. The due date and payment information are included in this invoice.

Klarna (Sofortüberweisung)
With Klarna Sofort you can pay safely and conveniently using the direct transfer method with your usual online banking data (PIN / TAN) and without registration.

Giropay
A prerequisite for using Giropay is a current account that has been activated for online banking using the PIN / TAN procedure.

Shipping and transport damage

The dispatch takes place via DHL / Deutsche Post. Unless otherwise stated, your order will always be delivered in full. Any packaging that is visibly damaged during transport must be objected to immediately upon receipt by the delivery service.

Reservation of delivery

We supply as long as we are not out of stock. In the event of product changes, unavailability of the goods or delayed delivery by the manufacturer, we will contact you immediately and endeavor to offer goods of equivalent quality and price. If this is not possible, we reserve the right not to provide the service.

Delivery Time

For download items, the activation and shipping take place by email automatically and immediately after receipt of payment.

The processing time for shipping items usually takes 1 working day. The shipping time varies depending on the target country.
