PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The book contains a set of logically arranged outlines intended for training the youngest age groups. There are as many as 80 outlines in the book that constitute a ten-month training plan for children. Each outline contains the purpose of the training, a description of the exercise and supporting graphics.
In addition, individual training measures were supplemented with exercise modifications and the so-called qualitative or organizational guidelines. In addition, the book has separate places for notes and an appendix that deals with the organization of mini-tournaments during training.
