Willy Kaspers holds a UEFA A license and works as a coach, primarily in children's and youth football. The former coach of the U-21 SC Enschede and board member of the VVON (Association of Dutch Amateur Coaches) (1995 to 2009) works as an instructor and speaker (Derbystar Youth and Amateur Coaches Congress) in youth soccer and coached the youth teams of SG Wattenscheid 09.
As an author, he has produced the popular practical eBooks "F- and E-Youth - Training Practice" and "Precise Passing and Perfect Combining" together with the Institute for Youth Soccer.
