Sven Hübscher

Sven Hübscher is a German soccer coach and currently Head coach for young talent at Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

The qualified administration specialist began his coaching career in 1999 at DSC Wanne-Eickel and moved to the FC Schalke 04where he worked in the youth sector for many years. There he coached various youth teams, worked as a Assistant coach of the U19s under Norbert Elgertwas Deputy Head of Training and was finally Co-trainer of the professional team under Jens Keller, Roberto Di Matteo and André Breitenreiter (2013-2016).

After his time at Schalke, Hübscher took over at the SV Werder Bremen first the U17s and later the U23s, before he was appointed to the Head coach at SC Preußen Münster was active. Until 20024 he was responsible for Bayer 04 Leverkusen the U19s. Hübscher is regarded as a central figure in the promotion of young talent and an interface between the academy and the professional sector.
